Established in 2002 by the Managing Director Ros Ronning, C-Change Potential offers a range of consulting, coaching and facilitation services. We specialise in managing performance and providing corporate HR and organisational development services to large national and international commercial corporations and small to medium enterprises.

Our expertise and experience includes assisting organisations to plan their performance strategy and to shift from operational to leadership development by mapping vision and values and formulating strategic plans to achieve personal and business goals. A critical success factor of our business has been the ability to provide executives, managers and team members with key skills and strategies to enable them to work more effectively and productively to achieve organisational objectives.



OUR PHILOSOPHY

C-Change Potential collaborates with clients to identify and develop leadership and performance management tools, systems and programs to maximise individual capability and organisational performance potential. We identify limitations in the performance drivers of the business beginning with the organisation purpose, goals and strategic plan and then link these to KPI’s, succession planning, performance expectations, systems, training programs, professional development, the performance review process and performance planning.

Our approach combines experiential learning techniques with pragmatic solutions to developing individual capability. Thought provoking and challenging, we believe in asking individuals to step outside their comfort zone to challenge personal perceptions and ‘ways of doing things’ to explore options and experiment with new concepts. We also believe it is imperative we make our experiences with individuals creative and fun with the right blend of good humour.
